Here at Teamfluence, we're all about being social and engaging with our users. We believe that your feedback and ideas are invaluable in shaping our platform.

How to explain the feature request
When you want to suggest a new feature for our platform, think about it from your point of view.
- What type of user are you (which role?)
- What is the goal you want to achieve with that feature?
- Why do you want that?
Say who you are (like a sales rep, a team leader, a social media manager) and what you want to do (the goal). Then, explain why you want it (the reason).
For example,
"As a team leader, I want the ability to customize my dashboard layout so that I can prioritize the information most relevant to me and enhance my productivity."
