Team Connect Campaigns

With Team Connection Campaigns you can quickly organize and track targeted network growth of your team by assigning curated list of people to connect. Any team member can join your campaign and use Teamfluence to start sending personalized connection invites.

In the current feature release it’s possible to build a campaign list from people search results.

1. Use LinkedIn search filters to target people or industry you are most interested in.
   
2. Select target teamspace and new campaign title (hit Enter to save new title).
   

4. Navigate to Networking → Team Campaigns to see newly created and existing campaigns in your teamspace.

5. Open your new campaign page details and then click on Manage button.

As campaign creator you can change its description and use Recent activity threshold field to filter out LinkedIn profiles by their recent activities (if set, profiles which didn’t interact or posted during last 360 days will be discarded and connection invites won’t be sent).

Newly created campaigns are not published and not visible to other teamspace members until campaign creators publish them. Once you publish campaign using Start Campaign toggle your team members will receive in-app notification about it.

Teamspaces with connected Slack app will also get a notification in predefined channel.

In order to start sending connection invites team members need to open campaign page and click on Join button. Campaign creators are not part of the campaign by default. If you would like to join your own campaign, you need to do so explicitly. 

Team members can configure their personal settings for future connection request. 

New connection per day - limits the number of connection requests sent per day.

Attached note - is optional message. It’s filled in by default, but you are free to use blank field to sent requests without supplemental message.

Once joined, new connection invites will be sent every day until campaign list is completed. Happy networking!
